Yoga booms in recent years and Types of Yoga

In recent years, there has been a boom in yoga .Yoga massage centers, courses, books ... how to learn this discipline is growing. Difficult to give a label to yoga because the principle of this discipline is precisely to understand the body as a whole. Sanskrit word yoga actually means "union."
